What did he do wrong? Gee….maybe we should ask what he did right! To improve perhaps he could have not:

• Paced back and forth like a caged lion
• Screamed at the group like a WWF Wrestler after 10 cups of coffee
• Emphasized (yelled) words that weren’t that weren’t really meant to be emotional words like ,’Masters Degree in COMMUNICATIONS!!!!!’
• Finally…..he really really really really relied on his notes waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy to much. Every 2 seconds he paced back to his notes to read what was his own life story and issues he was passionate about.

To be fair the #1 fear in America is the fear of public speaking and I see many speakers relying on their notes way too much when they should really be able to give it without notes especially if it is your life story or something you are passionate about.
